The 2022 Portland International Film Festival has awarded Sonia Machado-Hines and Terence Bernie Hines the award of RISING BLACK VOICES for their co-direction of the feature documentary: #hiplet. This was an honor to say the least, as we move forward with several film and television projects in pre-production!
